Coral Tooth Mushroom (Hericium coralloides) is a delicious mushroom related to Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceous).  In our opinion, the Coral Tooth has an earthier flavor than a Lion's Mane and is very similar in taste to the treasured Morel mushroom.  Medicinally, the Coral Tooth is believed to to have anti-Alzheimer's properties similar to Lion's Mane and contain unique polysaccharides and beta-glucans.  Google it!
